"Bed was comfortable and room size was good. Breakfast lacked substance, but was varied slightly each day. Portion sizes were small. The 'buffet' was split between two rooms. There is not enough seating at breakfast. I had to wait for people to finish on one occasion.Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hostal has a 'silence after 9pm' policy. "O prédio é mt bonito! No início levei um susto qdo disseram q eles ñ trabalhavam com o Hoteis.com há 3 anos! Mas, depois, localizaram minha reserva. Fora este susto, o atendimento foi mt bom. Alguns detalhes precisam ser melhorados, principalmente, no banheiro: Vazamento de água no box para o restante do banheiro; a localização do papel higiênico (molha); a torneira da pia estava solta e tb a falta de uma saboneteira (infelizmente, comum no Peru e Equador)."
