This was a very pleasant place to stay, especially due to the unfailing hospitality and helpfulness of the Senora and her staff. Although located at a distance from Cusco's historical centre, taxis were easy to access for around £1.50 (S/6) and there was a cheap bus service (20p) if you don't mind having to stand part of the way. There are excellent markets nearby, where - as on the bus - you get a broader feel of contemporary Peruvian society.

Amazing staff and clean rooms

The bed was really comfy, staff were helpful. Less than 10 minutes walk from Bus station.

We absolutely loved our stay at Novotel Cusco! Our room was spacious, spotless and beautifully maintained, with all the communal areas smelling fresh and inviting. The grounds were lovely, and we particularly enjoyed having the spa on site. A great location within walking distance of the centre, with a lovely touch of luxury. Would 100% recommend!

Hotel has a beautiful view over Cusco. The breakfast was delicious and the staff is helpful and very kind.

What a lovely hotel in a great location. All the sights are within minutes to walk. Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants around the hotel. Would definitely stay again. The only negative was being charged a destination fee on checking out. What is a destination fee and why?

clean hotel and great rooms, modern with a nice bathroom and powerful shower. Really friendly staff and the price includes free airport pick up (or in our case they did a drop off instead). Breakfast was ok, slightly small selection but still fresh breads, eggs and tea/coffee. Would recommend, it’s a little away from the main plaza but it’s surrounded but shops and restaurants when walking to the square so a better area than the square I think

So, I really enjoyed my stay despite being there only one night. Firstly, the staff were lovely, especially the young guy that checked me in. He walked me up to my room and let me in which is a lovely touch. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because unfortunately there were hairs in the bed, the sheets were stained a little (but clean) and the hand towel had holes in it. Clean rooms, attentive and responsive staff members. Breakfast had a wide variety of selections. Bar experience was excellent. A personalized touch from the check in to check out. The hotel not only stores our luggage but also placed it back in our room on checking in again. Packed breakfast was given on the day of the hike. In particular we would like to thank Gustavo for his friendly & warm hospitality. Jose at the bar was great.

Our room was fabulous and spacious. We were greeted upon arrival every time we returned to the hotel. Breakfast was everything you could ask for and views that only added to the experience. We were able to walk everywhere although it was pretty hilly!!!

I stayed here on my way to Machu Picchu and again on my way back to Lima. The reception staff were pleasant, courteous and professional. The concierge helped me locate a shop, in Cusco, selling football (soccer) shirts. The luggage that I left for storage while I was at Machu Picchu was already waiting for me in my room when I returned.

Staff super friendly. Breakfast very high quality, healthy and tasty. Showers need running for a few minutes before they get hot but great once it gets going. The location is superb, with the market nearby and many food places. If you need to miss breakfast due to a tour, they will prepare you a bag with a sandwich and fruit. 24 hours reception. We had a wonderful stay at Inkasabios. The superb and comfortable rooms with stylish furnishings throughout the property, a beautiful terrace with spectacular views of the city and mountains, a fabulous breakfast But even more significant to us was the wonderful friendliness and kindness of both management (John, Juan and their elder) and the staff ladies. We certainly know where we would be staying next time in Cusco.
