Crockett Hotel
What I didn’t like was when we checked in, the front desk was very rude and made me wait over an hour for my room to be ready. Then the only option for parking was valet or paying parking in a general garage for the same price as valet. Staff are rude, showers did not drain properly and the cleaning ...

Hyatt Vacation Club at Wild Oak Ranch, San Antonio
It’s was everything excellent only the problem when we did the check in don’t tell me they are going to charge for the amenities until we check out please let to know at the people there is extra charge for that then we can decided if we want or not the amenities please 🙏🙏
