Spacious rooms and large beds. Noisy room due to roof construction works opposite our room. View is horrible and looks over a factory and storage silos. Area is part of the port and isolated from the rest of the city. Staff require extensive training in client relations. We asked the receptionist to give us another room butno responce from her. Although the hotel has a covered auto park, they forced us to park on the main street because we refused to valet park the by a hotel staff. It was a rental and we didn't want any damage on the car.

GM Ahmed was a champion. Rooms were comfy and breakfast buffet was more than adequate. Best to book with Expedia as there stand alone booking system via Ramada website was having technical glitches.
