Clean, good location

It was great experience for 2 nights. Front desk staff were smiling, very helpful. Room services were amazing. The staff really helped me out by taking care of my car, and my luggages and walked me to the room. Kitchen staff were very helpful. Only few things wanna mention are Shower water is slow and weak power, water leaks while taking shower, room floor needs to be furnished w carpet especially during the winter season. Overall was good experience I highly recommend it

Room super small. Fungi in shower. Really humid. The hostel is really old. Breakfast not homemade. The sheet bed are small (half of king size bed). Maybe because I booked a room for one person.

Grand Atakum Hotel Situation

It was not at the standard of 4 star hotel. In the non smoking room,there was the terrible smell of smoking . many of the facilities of broken and useless. Shower head missed, Hair dryer broken. The walls were dirty and full of stains. We decreased our stay from2 days to one day and I'm expected to return back my money.

Çok eski ve gece ses çıkarıp uyutmayan klima, kapağı olmayan elbise dolabı, altı çürümüş buzdolabının dolabı, küflü duşakabin ve gıcırdayan yatak. Gece gece üst katlardan çalışanların sohbet ederek iş yapması da cabası. Uykusuz bir gece ve sonrasında 12 saatlik yolculuğumuz vardı. Her şey çok kötüydü. Verilen paraya değmez. Tavsiye etmiyorum.

Hayatimda kaldığım en kötü otel

Öncelikle otel çok pis. Tuvaletler iğrenç klozet bozuk yataklar kötü. Otel çok eski ve küf kokuyor. Kesinle tavsiye etmiyorum. Allahtan bir günlüğüne kaldım. Kahvaltı çok kötü verdikleri Kahvaltı beş para etmez. Otelin odalari kırık dökük. Yol kenarında olduğu için aşırı gürültülü. Çalışanlarda sorun yok böyle bir kötü otele kimse birsey yapamaz. Hotels uygulamasın bu tür otelleri önermemesi lazım. Bu otel bırakın 4 yıldızı otel olmayı bile haketmiyor.
