Hotel is clean, comfortable, in a central location, but nice and quiet, in a nice neighborhood, with walking distance to restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. I recommend it to all.

Clean but not supper . We had to change and move into 3 rooms because of poor maintenance. Tv not working and toilet 🚽 water supply found broken . Another room found cigarette smells so we had to move into room number 3 in the middle of the night . And third stilll found smelling cigarette but less smell than room 2 so me and wife had to accepted as it was 12 midnight 🕛 already and we had trip as early 7am 🕖. We paid for breakfast which was really poor .that hotel should consider 2 stars, Reciptionist at that night was not good , with none professional behavior .. I don’t understand why that hotel on Expedia list . I wish it is better to be removed. Thank you for taking the time to read the opinion..

Unfortunately, this hotel lacks the spirit of a 4-star hotel. The disadvantage of this hotel is that the room is very small, there is no private parking, and it is far from the city. and the staff at the reception are not comfortable.

Odalarınız çok temiz ve personeller çok güler yüzlü. Servis konusunda çok hızlıydı. Otelin konumu olsun, manzarası olsun harikaydı. 5 yıldızlı bir otelde bulamadığım çoğu şey mevcuttu. Eleştirebileceğim tek nokta duş şampuanları. Küçük ve biraz kalitesizdi.

هذا الفندق اقل من المتوقع في المستوى مقابل السعر قديم ومرمم ولا يستاهل العودة اليهم مرة اخرى سجلت عندهم دخول متأخر وكانت اقامتي يومين ويوم الخروج ازعجوني قبل وقت الخروج بالإتصال والاكثر ازعاجا انهم اطفأو الكهرباء اثناء اقامتي انصح بالبحث عن بديل افضل

Denizlideki North Pointte kaldığımız için Samsun'da da aynı oteli tercih ettik. 608 numaralı odada kaldık, sabahları inanılmaz gürültü oluyordu, çalışan personeller çok gürültülü çalışıyordu ve uyuyamıyorduk. Banyonun duşakabin su akıtıyor ve banyo su içinde kalıyordu. Otel merkeze yakındı. Genel olarak memnun kalmadık, birçok 3 yıldızlı otel burdan daha iyi olabilirdi.

We stayed 3 nights in a deluxe room.Room size average and clean. Breakfast was perfect for me the usual Turkish style breakfast eggs salads assorted cheeses and olives. Location was excellent across the road was the largest port with all the attractions you would visit, huge market , day and night life attractions.Behind hotel is the city center with amazing Turkish life style shops love love it.Ataturk history museum. Staff were very friendly at the reception desk. Excellent value for money.
