The hotel and staff are absolutely incredible!!! We would highly recommend this hotel. Sadly, there was a wedding going on during our stay, so we were not able to use the pool. However, the staff were exceptional and helped us find other activities to relax, and we will definitely visit again! Our butler, Nandini, went above and beyond, and made our stay very very special. The hotel is in a good position in Jaipur close to the railway station and restaurants. The check in process was quick and easy as was the checking out. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained with everything as it should be. I found the front desk staff to be very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

The Property is Amazing and well stationed. The staff is very courteous and extremely helpful in all aspects. Hygiene is of the highest standards with best cousine of choice. Will love to visit again and again.

Everything about our 4 night stay was perfect. From our train station pick-up (even though our train was 6 hours late), the room, the food and organising a trip to the Amber Fort and Monkey Temple they couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent stay at Hotel Sarang Palace, Jaipur! The hospitality was outstanding, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the service was prompt and professional. Great food, peaceful ambience, and excellent value for money. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

The location of the property was best, all the tourist places were nearby. Staff were all great and welcoming includes guard, restaurant manager, hotel manager Mr. Biswas. Really had a lovely time and the property gives fully Rajasthani vibes with decor of hotel and rooms. Will surely be visiting there.

When we arrived we were not so sure we had made the right decision to stay because of the surrounding area. We soon discovered that we had found a gem. Our room was comfortable and the bed a dream. The staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble, We stayed three nights and dined there every night. The food was seriously good and in our opinion the chef is talented. If we ever return to Jaipur we will certainly return to The Royal Heritage Haveli.
