"We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel, which offered a beautiful spa, very clean (and large) rooms, and incredible amenities such as tennis courts, golf courses, spa, club house and croquet. Staff were friendly and very attentive, and the complimentary breakfast and other meals at the hotel were superb. We also enjoyed the spa and some treatments"

"On arrival the place felt calm and set in a beautiful area, the staff were lovely and very friendly, I cannot fault their service at all. The room was fabulous, everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable with great views of the grounds. The shower was amazing and it was the perfect place for my night away for my birthday. "We had dinner the first night. My husband enjoyed the steak pie. I had the mushroom burger and have to say that it was not good. The mushroom patty was very overcooked and the dish was tasteless but I did not say anything at the time as it was our anniversary and I did not want to spoil the evening. The breakfasts, however, were very nice. There was an amazing selection of dishes all very well prepared. The staff here are fantastic but they need more help. I know that employing staff is difficult but they are short staffed. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean, the price was excellent and I will stay again and recommend the hotel to others."
