I found it a great place. Up on 102, away from noise, 5 mins to 94, good rooms, pool, nice atmosphere, nice staff, it was great for me and I'll be back.

Palm Beach Resort is a great family size resort. Situated on the quiet beach road 10 minutes walk from incredibly cheap local seafood restaurants. Particularly liked O.X. restaurant on a pier over the sea.
Local fishing harbour on the nearby Pranburi river ensure that all seafood is freshly caught. Few shops and ATM nearby in high street, and a few bars down the beach road.
Décor is brick and wood panelling. Room was spotless and a decent size. Swim safely in the sea directly over the road,...

My family had a 3D2N perfect stay at the hotel. I had high expectation for the hotel before arrival and the place didn’t disappoint me a bit.
The property is very beautiful, both inside the villa and the outside garden, not to mention its interesting history. The place is well kept with many staffs taking care of all functions, though it is considered a small hotel. The service is great and attentive. Water dripping from air conditioners in our room was quickly attended and fixed in no time.

Loved my stay at The Standard. Beautifully designed and staff were all so helpful and friendly. Food was also great.
I’d make 2 changes. An adult only pool (quite a few kids in the main pool and they tended to take over at times) and a bigger breakfast area.
I’d still come back!

We spent five nights in one of the Silksand rooms and thoroughly enjoyed it.
The swimming pools are immaculate and it's nice to have the option of a beachfront pool or larger pool near the rooms as well as the smaller shaded jetted pool.
The spa was excellent as were all of the staff at the resort. They couldn't be friendlier and more helpful. We used the complimentary tuktuk almost every day which was really useful to get to where you want to go in Hua Hin. We walked back most evenings as...

This was the best hotel we have stayed in. It was luxurious. It has a lovely stretch of beach which gets cleaned every day. The staff are very polite and friendly and helpful. The Thai restaurant is the best and reasonable price. The Italian is expensive and has a very limited menu. The breakfast is amazing but too expensive £25 each for buffet which is unacceptable. The pool is brilliant and you can go on a long treck in the pool to a waterfall. Chairs are easily available with wonderful views...
