We stayed in a family room with bunk beds, which was ideal for our 12 and 6 year old. This was cloaked off with a curtain, as was the dressing area, and the room felt we could have privacy when needed. The main bed was huge (all 4 could have fitted if needed) and was very comfortable. Great place. In a 2 night stay I managed to use the excellent gym twice, the pool area a couple of times with food and drink, the sky bar with a great night time view and the restaurant. Great breakfast spread as well. Very hard to fault this place. We went to the water park twice as well, best one I’ve seen in Thailand A big thanks to Benjamin (HM) and Marco (F&B).

Fantastic hotel. We stayed in the Blu Port side over the main road. But easy access to main hotel, pools, restaurants, beach via linking bridge. Everything was just great.

We spent five nights in one of the Silksand rooms and thoroughly enjoyed it. The swimming pools are immaculate and it's nice to have the option of a beachfront pool or larger pool near the rooms as well as the smaller shaded jetted pool. The spa was excellent as were all of the staff at the resort. They couldn't be friendlier and more helpful. Beautiful resort, with old style architure. Wooden buildings, complete with balconies. Little tired inside, but perfectly comfortable. Dark wood floors throughout, and cheap furniture trying to look antique. Rooms are very dark even with every single light and lamp on. All trivial things, nothing to gripe at really. We have wonderful long weekend here, it was my third time stay in this hotel. This hotel tick all the boxes for me, beach front, good location, easy to get out too places around, good size room and plenty of parking

2 nights away for a break from home. The hotel was great. Only thing to mention is they need a smaller king area near the beachside bar with chairs.

Our stay at the Mövenpick Asara resort in Hua him could not have been more perfect. Our private Villa with pool was immaculate and perfect for our 1 year old son. Although we didn’t get to interact with the housekeeping staff, they always went the extra mile to make our stay wonderful, leaving gifts for us and our son and adapting to our needs.
