They willingly provided us with the information on things to do for our three days in Salzburg, and how to get around on foot or by public bus included in the City Card they were able to sell to us at the front desk. "I recommend doing research before coming here. If you do not have a car, it will be hard for you to travel up to the hotel, if you do not like to walk. The restaurant is not open everyday. The spa was closed when we were there. The view is amazing and it’s quiet. It’s an old style hotel and it has a lot of history. If you are used to 5 star hotels like the Ritz, don’t come here. "
