The room was clean and well presented, lots of space, I stayed in the double classic and the beds were very comfy. The staff were always happy to help with questions and worked with a smile and nothing was too much. We arrived back late hungry after an event and they even cooked us a snack. This hotel is amazing. It’s the best 5 star we have stayed at. The hotel staff are so welcoming and always there to help you. The views are just incredible, we booked a panoramic room and it was definitely worth it. The pools are lovely and the restaurants excellent. The breakfast has everything you could possibly want! Everything is excellent quality and is a lot more reasonably priced than a five star in the UK.

Our room was very clean no comfortable with many unexpected little extras. Tee and coffee supplied daily, CD and radio provided, bath robes and slippers, everything to make our stay enjoyable. We had a big balcony with the most wonderful view of the mountains, it was delightful to sit out in the evening watching the sun go down behind the mountains. The food was good and plentiful, and drinks were reasonably priced. We hope to return sometime in the future.
