"We stayed here with a family of 4. Check in with the hotel just up the block was easy and seamless and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room is great, very clean and 2 small bedrooms of the entry corridor, this allowed our family to spread out. Location is very central with a short walk over the river to the Old Town but also plenty of dinning options from the front door. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay "

"Gorgeous hotel with the friendliest staff who are very helpful and accommodating. Built in music/speakers in the bathroom was cool, bed very cozy, a little too much furniture stuffed into the room so had to move around to accommodate our luggage, but overall a lovely place to stay over Christmas 🎄excellent location, restaurant on site was superb as was the breakfast each morning."

"Perfect location for walking to Old Town. Large selection of restaurants nearby and in Old Town. Staff is helpful, communication and check in very easy. Parking is available at a cost. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. Chose a nearby breakfast restaurant. No reason, just wanted to try something different. Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend and will return if in Salzburg again."

"This amazing gem is the best experience we have ever had in Europe. It is >700 years old, and so beautifully renovated and preserved at the same time. We stayed in two Comfort Double Rooms first night and it was lovely. And then moved to the Deluxe Apartment, perfect for a family of 4. The staff are warm and kind. The location was perfect as well, in the old Town and everything was within a 10 min walk. Loved it!!"
