"Great clean room; friendly staff although checkin required using one's phone in the lobby to list party details while staff waited for you to do that; nice variety of cold foods for breakfast with 1 or 2 hot items, but it was the same every day (we were there 4 days). Hot cereal, more fruit choices would have been nice; maybe scrambled eggs. It's close to the transit options, although not the cleanest part of town. But we felt safe and were quite happy with our stay. We would stay again."

"Only one person manages the front desk, cleaning the rooms, and making the breakfast. The check-in was at 2:00 PM. We arrived at 1:30 PM and he made us wait till 2:30 PM since he was busy cleaning rooms. If you are not going to show consideration and let the guests check-in 30 mins early, then I expect the check-in at 2:00 PM sharp!!! It is not ok to make you wait especially you are traveling with young children. Average place. Not worth it. "

The location of the hotel was perfect for walking and the bus station provided access to the mountains, the lakes and spaces around the city."

"Beautiful old building and helpful staff. Thankfully it was too cold for people to be hanging around outside being it is opposite an adult sex shop! Lots of laughs were had and I appreciate the cleaning staff who work hard to keep this property well maintained. Lots of choice for breakfast. Could do with a few teapots to save guests queuing up for hot water at breakfast time. Easy to find and very good location for anyone wanting a reasonable priced stay, plus on site car parking for guests is a bonus. I would recommend the hotel but make sure you are fit and able to climb stairs as the lift doesn’t make it to the top floor where we were located. Amazing views across the city and stunning sunsets to observe at dusk. Much more for our money than you would get in the UK so the positives greatly outweigh the negatives! We came, we saw the Sound of Music sights, we ate and drank and then we got home in time for work again…."
