"Staff was top notch and hotel was comfortable but rooms needed bit of repair to walls and shower. Location was great for a 15 to 20 minute walk to most of the sites."

Red roses, champagne, duvet folded in shape of heart with rose petals arranged around it...unexpected for our wedding anniversary. View from our window was of river, castle, and old town. Perfect room in everyway. All the staff were friendly and helpful in everyway. Could not fault hotel in anyway. Best hotel we have ever stayed in on our travels over the years

This was an unusual property but the digital operations worked fairly well until the check out process which I think needs to be thought through a little more. The free storage lockers was super generous and appreciated and the tea and coffee in the locker area is a very nice touch. The room was very comfortable and the sink being outside the bathroom was a good idea. The storage area was very good. All round happy and would look at Zuma again.

A good location near the station, and a well equipped room. Luggage storage and use of the bathroom after a night train and before check in was really helpful.

The hotel is well situated near the old part of Salzburg and provided us with an excellent base to explore the town. It is easily reached by tram from the rail station.

What a little gem this hotel was. Perfect location for our 3 night stay, and a lovely welcome when checking in. Reception staff so friendly and helpful, giving local advice on restaurants, transport, attractions and always friendly, made us feel like a valued customer. Very close to mirabell gardens, local buses, train station and panorama tours. Restaurants all around the hotel and a spar shop 5 mins away. Only takes around 10 mins to walk to the old town.

Great hotel. Very quiet yet in a Central position for the Altstadt. Easy to walk to the sights and restaurants. Good Italian restaurant attached to the hotel.

I recently spent 7 nights at the Markus Sittikus in one of their single rooms (room 36). I spent a long time reviewing hotels but in the end went for this one based on its price and location, being half way between the train station and the old town. You can walk anywhere you would want to from this hotel with ease. I have to say I was so pleased with my choice. The staff are all very friendly. The room, whilst small, was well laid out with a modern bathroom, a safe and somewhere to put my...
