"Room was clean and the place was quiet. I originally thought the location was right in front of the station, but it was behind the front of the station so it’s still close to the station about 2 mins. I got the breakfast ayce and it’s good and pretty set up. The only thing I would have asked them to be considerate was I made a mistake of paying for 2 ayce breakfast coz I didn’t have my check out trip memorized, I just dropped off my luggage and went back down when I realized I made a mistake and they won’t refund me and told me to find someone to sell it to; it was frustrating to say the least it wasn’t even 30 mins. I didn’t bother selling it I just left it in my room hoping one of my roomies will pick it up and use it. My train was scheduled at 0550 and their breakfast wasn’t open until 0630. Other than that small mistake and hoping for consideration, everything was great. "

"The property is fantastic for a family with kids. They have a pool, a small playground, there’s a small market with all your grocery needs. It felt safe, the little homes had all the essentials you need even AC and heat. There’s a shuttle that takes you to and from Venice, that you can easily book at front desk or once you check-in. We were really happy with our stay, the staff were kind and helpful. The only thing that was challenging, the wifi didn’t work for us at all. We did check with the staff and they directed us to restart our phones, which we did multiple times. We understand it’s out of their control. So just keep that in mind when booking!"

"Lovely hotel, reception was very helpful with any questions we had. Good choice at breakfast, the rooms are modern and cleaned to a great standard daily. The location was a 10 minute walk to the bus/ tram station to get into Venice I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay"
