O problema com os elevadores permanece.

Após quase um mês 2 dos elevadores continuam quebrados e o único que permanece funcionando tem apresentado instabilidade. Isso tem dificultado a vida dos hóspedes. Ficamos no 9° e foi preciso descer de escadas em pelo menos umas 3 ocasiões. Tirando isso, as camas são confortáveis, os quartos são limpos e os funcionários atenciosos. O café da manhã também poderia melhorar.

Péssima hospedagem

Pior lugar para se hospedar!!!! Fiquei 5 horas plantada esperando para realizar o Check-in, nisso quando fui para o quarto já me deparei com uma barata e vazamento a cima da cama. No final do dia mais baratas começaram aparecer, nisso informei a recepção que não tinha condições de ficar no quarto, me deram a ideia de trocar de quarto, nisso que fui trocar de quarto já tinha pessoas hospedada no quarto, ou seja nem eles mesmo sabem se tem pessoas no quarto ou não, não contente me jogaram para outra rede deles, o hotel mar vermelho, outro lugar horrível tbm, me jogaram no pior quarto que tinha, um absurdo, vamos com intenção de descansar e aproveitar e só passa estresse e raiva
