Quarto: precisa de manutenção nos registros do chuveiro que estavam caindo e dificultando abrir. Equipe: desde a recepção até o café precisam melhorar muito. O café da manhã começa as 7 no domingo, porém iniciou as 7:30 e se for muito tarde nao há reposição, ou seja, somente o que restou (injusto com as pessoas). Comodidade: localização e cama confortável.

O pessoal da recepção são extremamente simpáticos e prestativos,tivemos algumas situações nas quais eles foram muito solícitos e nos ajudaram,porém o hotel em si está muito deteriorado,instalações antigas e precisa de uma reforma urgente! Em nosso quarto haviam infiltrações e as paredes estavam muito sujas e destruídas.

Embora às acomodações estivessem limpas, o banheiro apresentava vazamento, o espaço do box não tinha Dispenser para acomodar sabonetes e xampus durante o banho, tinha opção de água quente no chuveiro mas a água era fria. Cardápio com opções saudáveis, mas havia muita luz solar no período da manhã na sala, desconfortável. A equipe de funcionários solicita e cordial.

Hotel bacana e bem localizado. O atendimento é excelente e os quartos são bem limpos. Porém, meu quarto não tinha tomadas suficientes — tive que usar as da geladeira e da TV para carregar meu computador e telefone. A água quente não funcionava; não reclamei porque gosto de água fria, mas de manhã prefiro morna. Espero que melhore, pois é um lugar bom!
