"Huoneistossa edellisen vieraan tyhjiä viinipakkauksia, joka oli melko inhottava yllätys lasten kanssa vierailun yhteydessä. "I was met by the owner Passi who was waiting for me. I had booked into one of the apartments but wes told that I was staying in one of the cottages by the lake. Passi took me to the cottage which has its own wood burning sauna and stunning views looking out to Lake Orivesi. It was really peaceful and it has its own private beach and a rowing boat plus a swing which I must admit I spent quite a bit of time on there. The centre of Kitee is about 20 minutes away in a car so if like me you do not...

"A hotel situated inside a shopping mall is a first for me. Once I had found my way around I enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to various shops and cafes. Parking on first floor is limited but plenty of space on the upper floor. Room was bigger than expected with kettle and tea/coffee."

"A personal sauna…OMG! Apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. Bathroom was phenomenal. Check-in was self service, but that was well managed. If you came here in winter you literally walk out the front door to the ski lift. "
