A hidden gem!

A hidden gem in the countryside of Koli! Authentic and personal style in this old school building converted to a hotel. Spacious rooms and common areas. Very nice and cool owners who warmly welcomed even our dog. Very good value and a special experience for our family!

Olimme bookanneet kaksi huonetta, joista toisessa majoittuisi koira. Saimmekin erillisen kaksion jossa oli oma iso keittiö ja eteinen ja oma wc (erillisissä huoneissa ei ollut) sekä erillinen sisäänkäynti talon päädyssä. Majoittuminen sujui mukavasti ja tarpeemme oli huomioitu erinomaisesti.

Ihan miljöö

Majatalon miljöö oli ihana. Sisustus ja varustelut olivat hyvät. Emäntä oli avulias. Mutta seinät ovat ohuet huoneiden välillä, ja riippuu muista asukkaista miten hiljaista on. Vaikka kuinka hiipii, narisevat vanhat lattialaudat ja sänkykin kylkeä kääntäessä. Kolille ja uimarantoihin oli n. 5-10min automatka.

Jos muistaa pitää vaatimustason retkeilymajan tasolla (oma huone kuitenkin) niin ihan OK. Tähän nähden hinta tuntui kuitenkin hiukan kovalta verrattuna pikku suomenkiertueemme muihin yöpymisiin, joissa suunnilleen samalla rahalla sai aika paljon enemmän vastinetta. Ehkä Koli on kallis alue?

Hyvä paikka!

Oikein mukava pieni majatalo. Hotellin pitäjä ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Muilla matkaajilla ainakin meidän aikanamme lemmikkejä mukana, mutta se ei haitannut, sillä ne käyttäytyivät hyvin. Tulemme takaisin!
