"I have to say this hotel experience was a 10 out of 10.
The kids amenities were amazing, the location is perfect and the food was spectacular. They have an indoor water slide, free child care and activities, and a feeding and cleaning room for babies.
I will be going back to another Falkenstiener property in the future."

"This was just the most beautiful hotel. It delivers everything promised, but far more in the way the staff treat their guests, and the general experience of our stay. "

This hotel is a little gem!
Our room was spacious and very clean. The hotel team were very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant food was excellent value and very tasty. There was a good selection of food on the breakfast buffet. The service at all times was excellent.
This was a good place to stay on our tour round the lake but the busy bar and terrace and easy parking also make it convenient mid journey stopping point.

Great location! In the heart of the old town, felt very safe.
Breakfast was excellent, prefect for a day of exploring,
Staff were very friendly, and brilliant at breakfast too!
Room was very clean.
Highly recommend and should be a 4 star hotel!
Very impressive and would recommend to anyone!

Fantastically situated hotel in the heart of the old town. Views over the lake are wonderful. Staff are kind and welcoming, we were looked after extremely well. We loved our breakfast each morning which was always freshly prepared. Morning pastries were a particular treat. Our room was cleaned daily and we had a lovely, private view over the lake. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

This is our 2nd visit to Residence Ca’ Del Lago. We had a wonderful holiday and will stay there again. The hotel is looking down on Torri Del Benaco so giving us a lovely view of the town, Lake Garda and the castle & Harbour not to forget a view of the beautiful sunset every evening. The property has friendly and helpful staff who are multi lingual so there is never a problem with a language barrier. The hotel is very clean, beds are very comfortable and there is everything you need in the room,...

Just returned from a weeks stay at the Namia by Dori Hotel, Bardalino. The hotel is in a perfect location opposite a local park, very quiet and peaceful yet only a couple of minutes walk to the lakeside, with plenty of restaurants etc to choose from on the way. The hotel was excellent with spacious bedroom and small sitting room complete with large tv in both. The room had tea and coffee making facilites with small fridge and secure safe. The view from room 602 (Mini-Suite) was jaw dropping and enhanced by the cloudless blue sky, mill pond view of the lake and a backdrop of the mountains with snow caps.
Hotel staff were exceptional in their attention to detail from the staff at reception and throughout the facility to the unsung heroes who ensured our stay was without any low points.
Beautiful room which was of an exeptional standard which wanted for nothing.

Although not on the lake front the hotel is very close to the town (less than 5 minutes walk). From the imbarcadero most of the rest of the lake can be reached (managed to get to Riva del Garda, Limone sul Garda, Salo and Sirmione during my stay). The train station is also close make trips to other towns such as Verona and Mantua very accessible.

The rooms are absolutely amazing and very spacious. Breakfast is à la carte so not much choice - however the suites are lovely - we stayed in the garden view emilie suite. It was very large, has a heated jacuzzi style pool (but it takes a long time to cool down/heat up), the shower and sauna are lovely and the smell in the corridor is divine! It is very centrally located, right near the ferry port and station. The hotels in the area are not great, so if you can, definitely worth splurging on the...

We had a very enjoyable 3-night stay here.
Our suite was large and bright, with a very comfortable king bed and a very well-appointed bathroom with a powerful, refreshing shower.
The air conditioning was remarkable, non-intrusive, and efficient, even when the outside temperature was above 36°C.
The downstairs restaurant, where we drank and ate twice, was first-rate, and the breakfast was well stocked with tasty items. The omelette was one of the best I had.

We stayed here for 3 nights for part of our honeymoon. It definitely is 5 star. The room was fantastic and I would recommend booking a room with a lake view if possible. The view from our balcony was amazing. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and the staff were very friendly.
