Wish we could have stayed longer as it was lovely and quiet.

I love this hotel, its tucked up a little side street minites from the lakeside. The Piazza and shops are all close by. Our room was clean and quiet with everything you need. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. The staff are great. Alway a smile. If you get the chance eat at the trattoria attached, the food is gorgeous and Andy made the whole experience brilliant.

We had a very enjoyable 3-night stay here. Our suite was large and bright, with a very comfortable king bed and a very well-appointed bathroom with a powerful, refreshing shower. The air conditioning was remarkable, non-intrusive, and efficient, even when the outside temperature was above 36°C. Fantastic smart hotel. We stayed in one of the royal spa rooms which we did pay quite a bit more for but we were delighted with it. We had a steam room and a whirlpool bath for two (note the bath isnt designed to be hot like a jacuizzi). Very comfortable massive bed, separate lounge area. The buffet breakfast was extensive. Friendly staff, quiet surroundings & just 10 mins walk from the lakeside & restaurants.

We love this hotel so much, Its classy, the rooms are modern, fresh and relaxing. The staff in the hotel are there to make your stay the best possible. The grounds are stunning and make great eye candy! The Location is convenient for exploring the lakes and so much more.... Breakfast is fresh and lots of choice with the option to sit inside or out. We loved it here, it was the perfect spot to see the views and get a real feel for Italy. The hotel staff were lovely and friendly, they even rescued us when our car battery was flat after we'd left our lights on by accident! The square is noisy from around 8am with the general life and town clock if you have an overlooking room like ours, but we were up early to go walking every day so this wasn't a problem for us. This property is perfect if you are staying in Verona it has everything you need and the host Licia was great recommending places of interest , local food shops and where to eat I would highly recommend and I hope to return next year

Stayed for 6 nights in June. Comfortable room with balcony. Very clean family run hotel, very friendly and helpful. Family obviously take a pride in their hotel and guests comfort. Garden and pool area very peaceful and relaxing. Hotel about 20/30 enjoyable minute walk along lake into old town of Malcesine (or if you prefer a 5 minute tourist bus ride for 1 euro).
