"We stayed here overnight on a road trip and it was exactly what we needed. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. Will consider staying here on our next road trip! "

"Property seemed very clean and matched the images online. We were impressed with the breakfast as well. Eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, pastries, cereals, biscuits and gravy were all offered. Room was clean but unfortunately had a weird smell. Also, the heat/AC unit was extremely loud, which woke us a time or 2 at night. Location was convenient and would consider staying there again, just a different room! "

Martha is a wonderful host and she is so elegant in her special touches....antiques, crystal, place settings, even in the room crystal glasses with little doilies on top with crystals weighted down. Magnificent Crystal Chandeliers. Historic touches everywhere. You will want to come back! "

"Towels smelled a little musty. Hard boiled eggs were the only protein option and were really hard to peel. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay again. "

"Sheets and comforter had burn holes. Light in the ceiling hanging up with duck tape. Floor was awful, got up twice to go to the restroom and socks turned black. Black sticky gooey something on the bathroom counter, like ut was never wiped/cleaned,. But then you get what you pay for. At least no bed bugs or roaches. "
