"The room was clean and the bedsheets were soft — that's about where the positives end. The "desk" is paired with a short conference-room chair that makes it useless as a workstation. The "kitchen" has a stove and microwave but zero supplies — no cups, dishes, silverware, paper towels, or dish rags. You literally cannot cook or eat without bringing everything yourself. No coffee maker, no water kettle, no coffee or tea provided. Bathroom was equally bare: no hand towels, no shampoo, no toilet seat cover, and only one tiny bar of soap. The washcloths were black and visibly dirty. Water pressure in the shower was weak. Wi-Fi was so slow it couldn't load a short Instagram video. I burned through my personal data just to check email and browse the web. There's also nowhere to put luggage — no rack, no bench, no shelf. Your options are the stovetop or the bed. For the price, this felt like paying for amenities that simply aren't there."

"We haven't stayed at Motel 6s, as we generally like higher-end properties. This one had decent reviews, and they were accurate. For a one-night stay with a pet, it was fine. The room was small, but it had seating and a table for two, which was all we needed. The bed wasn't all that comfortable, but adequate. All in all, we would stay again."
