A good hotel, clean and well maintained with very pleasant staff. Room was spacious with tea/coffee and water in the room. No evening dining, but plenty of options within 5 minutes. There is a bar. The self serve Breakfast was really good. The only downside is the car park is quite small and can only accommodate a few cars

Parking is not easy and the staff are kind but don’t really move from their seats. Place is a very old building done up but a bit pricey for what you get.

Well situated within very easy walking distance of all main sites. Hotel room spacious and very clean but with lack of draw space to store clothes. Friendly staff but no dinner facilities.

Property very old and a rabbit Warren of rooms and passageways. However very quiet and room very clean. While we are classed as elderly, we managed stairs with our luggage but anyone not as fit may struggle. Special shout out to Darren for his help in guiding us to medical centre.

An old property so quirky and creaky to be expected but recently updated, room wasn't large but it was adequate and pretty much everything worked. Probably the most solid wifi of anywhere we have ever stayed

Parking is a JOKE. (Site says FREE PARKING more than once while searching and picking rooms BUT in very hidden small print it says “limited parking”. Don’t show up expecting ON SITE parking!! They have SIX spots for the ENTIRE hotel. We picked hotel based on having on site parking. BEWARE!

Good morning, I'm sorry to hear that parking option we offer wasn't suitable for your needs. We offer complimentary parking for our guest which operates on first come first serve basis. We have 8 parking spaces available which is quite good taking to consideration that our hotel is located in the town centre and its free for our guests. There are other options available near by in regards to parking but you would have to pay for it. We hope to see you in the future despite the difficulties you have faced this time.

Comfortable nights stay
Efficient reception service and very comfortable stay . Complementary drink from the bar on arrival was a nice touch . Very small car park but a multi storey car park is available a few minutes walk away at a minimum price for an overnight stay . Breakfast seemed expensive at £15 but there are plenty of options on the doorstep

City hotel with character
It’s not an obvious choice from the street, but inside is a hidden gem. Our room smelt lovely on entering. All was fitted out well, and was very clean. As rooms were spaced out well, it was peaceful. The shower had a very good stream, despite water flowing out from the bath/shower connection tap. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful, and all staff we met were friendly. We had our complimentary drink in the bar before heading out straight into the city centre. Great location for exploring on foot.

Lovely friendly attentive staff and very pretty, quirky interior. Room was a good size, clean with everything you need for a short stay. Location was good for the shops and cathedral. Breakfast was well stocked and very nice and staff were very attentive once again.

The staff were lovely, hotel in a great position. Our room had 2 outside walls and it was cold and felt slightly damp. The curtains weren’t fixed properly to the rail.

Stayed 3 nights in November 2023 while I was visiting my brother and sister-in-law. Couldn’t fault the hotel for its cleanliness, nice and quiet and very convenient for the railway station, town centre and Salisbury Cathedral. But the best thing was undoubtedly the friendliness of the staff. Don’t think I’ve ever felt so welcomed in any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Will definitely stay there again the next time I am in Salisbury.
