A Magical Stay We’ll Never Forget
From the moment we arrived at the villa, we knew we were somewhere special—but nothing could have prepared us for just how unforgettable our stay would be. We came to Italy expecting a relaxing getaway, but what we experienced was so much more: it was romantic, personal, and filled with moments we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives.
The team at the villa Santa Chiara Positano managed to organise not just one, but two incredibly meaningful occasions—our...

This bed and breakfast was very comfy and close to the shops, restuarants and the beach. There were only 3 rooms which were in the owners house and the owners were very friendly and helpful. We were lucky to find out all the local knowledge from them.

The Hotel Margherita was recommended to us by a friend who visited last year and I am delighted to say that we found that his glowing report was not an exaggeration.
On arrival the friendly staff came out, took the luggage up to the room and parked the car in the garage. We had booked a room with a sea view and on reaching our room we were greeted with a delightful panoramic view of the coast and the surrounding headland. Our air conditioned room was tastefully decorated, and with the full...

This b&b is in a fantastic location right in the centre of Sorrento just off the main square. The train station is a short walk up the road so there's no need to hire a car to get to places such as Pompeii, Herculaneum and Vesuvius. The main harbour is also close by so taking a boat to visit Capri, Naples or the towns along the Amalfi coast is an easy option. The manager Luigi arranged our private transfers to/from the airport and despite our late arrival he was waiting for us and carried our...

A true gem. A lovely boutique hotel in the old town of Agropoli, overlooking the Celento Sea, within walking distance of the port, beach and the Castelo.
Antonino and Lea at reception were very helpful, provided info on the area and answered our questions; as was Antonia who served us breakfast-you could see she really cared to do her best in the job.
Overall a wonderful hotel, with style, great location and great service.

I find some hotels in this bracket a bit pretentious, but that wasn't the case here. The manager (I assume) was really friendly when we checked in and made us feel very welcome. The rest of the staff were very friendly too.
The large roof terrace has a nice bar and fantastic views towards Vesuvius. There is also a nice ground floor bar with roadside terrace. Delicious canapes were served with our wine.
Great location approx 25 metres from main square

Wonderful, friendly and happy hotel! Very welcoming people, amazing views from the pool and the rooms. The VW beetle which we borrowed was amazing. It is easy to explore Positano from the hotel and the staff explained very well where we should go.

From the moment we were met by Gippy, the owner of Venus Inn, when we arrived in Positano by bus, he was a fantastic host, giving us lots of useful tips about the town and day trips along the Amalfi Coast and to the islands. The centre of Positano is an easy, downhill 20-minute walk from the B&B by road, and even quicker by stairs. Great views at breakfast from the terrace down to the sea and up to the nearby peaks. Only a couple of minutes' walk from some decent restaurants if you don't fancy...

Lots to like and I would happily recommend anyone to stay here. Be aware that there is no lift and stairs are quite steep. Staff are excellent but are not on site 24/7 however are easily contactable via WhatsApp and are extremely helpful.
Breakfast is on an open air terrace with lovely views, however during our stay it was too cold to sit out. There are 2 small tables under cover or you can take breakfast to your room.

The staff at Maison Cipriani were exceptional; and worth personally mentioning; Marika.
Prior to our stay, she supplied us with extensive information about the area, local attractions and transport links, whilst during our stay she assisted with our delayed baggage. Nothing seemed too much for them to handle.
The room itself had a lovely balcony overlooking the Bay of Naples. Whilst the weather was on the drearier side during out stay, when you saw got a glimpse of the bay, it was truly...

Alfonso and his family made our stay in Maiori fab. The b&b was centrally located, a nice breakfast was enjoyed every morning on the balcony and the room was cleaned to a high standard every day. Alfonso also runs a bar ‘The Stay’ in the centre, which served lovely food and drinks and meant that you were able to communicate with him if you had any questions or concerns regarding the property and/or the local area. It really felt like you were staying in authentic Italy. Maiori itself is a...
