Direkte Strandlage mit Einblick in den Habitus der Omanis. Sehr spannend. Super freundliches Personal, grosses Zimmer, Aussicht auf das Meer und die Hotelanlage mit Pool. Das Abendessen war sehr gut. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Komme gerne wieder.

Tired and in need of updating.
The hotel complex was run down and tired. Staff were friendly. No wifi in the room and the hotel reception was a good 5 minute walk from the room.

Given wrong address on confirmation e-mail . Spent two hours searching for hotel from site of hotel that had not even started to be built. Comfortable stay when found but was expecting kitchenette.

Low-cost hotel just outside of Salalah City Center
Decent room for the amount we paid, nice pool, overlooking a public beach. If you have transport to get around Salalah, it's a pretty good deal. Housekeeping needs a bit of a refresher course, though. They showed up about every other day, which was fine for us, but when you take our dirty towels, you should replace them. When you take the used bars of soap, you should replace them. This seemed to be a bit of an issue. Otherwise, a good stay.

Overall Good experience. Very Friendly Front desk Staff. Good Swimming pool (especially size of the pool) and other amenities like Gym, Golf Cart, Beach Access etc.

Perfect Getaway
the premise is a bit old but not rundown, quite well maintain where matters. swimming pool is amazing and beach within short walking distance. everything is OK (not top quality) but somehow perfectly put together; especially for the price we paid. front counter service is exceptionally good, help us to get car rental and even offer free drop off at airport. definitely will stay there again.

The Hotel was discounted but even that the price is too high for this hotel. they need to improve the Hotel for the price. I will not recommenend the hotel, as it need to be improved.

Hotel is bit old, no internet access in rooms, need to go to lobby for internet which is far from rooms. Swimming pools are well maintained and neat. my kids enjoyed the pool very much.

Spacious hotel with nice pool
This hotel is Easy to find, ample parking. You will need a car to access it and explore the city. I liked this place because it is away from congestion, very spacious and the grounds are well kept. Rooms are tidy and spacious. Pool is pleasant. Opens onto beach which is convenient but not appropriate for sunbathing or swimming.

Large complex, safely enclosed. Easy to find. Good parking. Spacious rooms. Nice pool. Peaceful atmosphere. It is right in the sea, which in itself is pleasant but not appropriate for swimming or lying down. Would recommend for a good break. Need a car to get/leave there.

We took 3 bedroom villa. It's a nice place to stay with your family.rooms were spacious and clean too.best part is its economical and better than expected.

The rooms are perfect for those who looks for a reasonably priced accommodation and is good for the families who need a house type ambience with common living room. Though Villas seems bit old but they are clean and well maintained. Reception and dining hall seems to be newly build and good.Swimming pool is huge.

Nice Hotel and atmosphere
Very nice hotel. Located very close to the city center and all amenities. Nice calm atmosphere and great lay out. A few steps to the beach. Overall it was a nice experience except there was NO WiFi in the rooms. Staff was very friendly and the best thing is the rooms rates that are very affordable in a beautiful city like Salalah. I will definitely stay here if I ever visit the city.

Good location by the beach. Rooms are clean and spacious. Provided transport to the airport. Negative points: No lifeguard at the pool. There is only one person to look after the pool and the guests. But he said that he will jump to rescue if needed. Housekeeping need to be improved and monitored closely. The cleaners use old and primitive equipment. They don't replace towels and tissue paper.

samharm is good for big family with car
The resort was a far away from the city center .. And the transportation is really expensive in khareef season ... Otherwise the resort is big and need a car to transport there and the resort gives a inside car service by free .. Its very good choice if u have a car and its acceptable if ur budget can handle the expenses of transportation

Feels like your own home in Salalah, Oman
I have booked a three bedroom villa. Till i reach there I was bit worried about changing my decision of stay from branded hotel to a village. The moment i reach the place, I was surprised to see the huge gate at the entrance of the large compound wall. Beside the gate there was the rides for the kids which was written as global village this was during the kareef festival season. When you drive down around 500 meters , you reach the beautiful parking area and reception. The warm welcome and easy check-in then guides us to the villa . The kids enjoyed the drive on the electric cart and before we enter the villa they took us for a ride to beach side, pool side and the tennis court area. The villa was fully furnished 3 bedroom with all the kitchen and laundry equipment. Each room was attached and a common bath for the large hall area with dining. They had buggy ride at the beach which is just 300 meters away from the villa and they have life guard there.

Beach view....
The room was spacious, clean and had kitchenette, utensils, etc. It was upstairs which was a problem for me, since I have a knee that isn't the best. Also, the pool did not have zero clearance to be able to just walk into it, had to climb the steps in and out, again hard on my knee. But, it was very economical, clean, quiet environment, very varied breakfast, healthy choices, fruit, etc. The staff were very pleasant and tried hard to please. I would stay at this facility again.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit des Personals steht an erster Stelle. Etwas außerhalb von Salalah gelegen, Fahrzeug ist empfehlenswert. Gutes Frühstück, Restaurant sehr gepflegt und aufmerksame Bedienung

Espaces silencieux, Sourire gentil et acueuil professionnel. Petit déjeuné gargantuesque, Wi-fi parfait dans les chambres. pour le paysage il faut regarder la mer et le jardin/piscine de l'Hôtel. les alentours sont désert ou presque, en attente de construction. la prochaine fois que je vais à Salalah, c'est ici que je crécherais.

Falta de conservación.
Se observa falta de conservación en ciertos elementos, como la pasarela que da acceso al jacuzzi. Por lo general hotel cuidadoso con los detalles. Personal muy agradable y atento. No hay conexión wifi en todas las habitaciones, y en algunas no es muy buena. En el hall, el wifi va muy bien. El horario de piscina un poco escaso, pues dispone de jacuzzi al aire libre, y es una pena no poder disfrutar de la noche mientras te relajas. Buen buffet de desayuno, pero a la hora de pedir de menú, muchos de los platos no estaban disponibles. El estado y la limpieza de la habitación muy buenos. Lugar muy tranquilo para descansar y desconectar. Dispone de acceso a la playa. No se ha podido disfrutar mucho de ella por el tránsito de camiones por la playa, que además provocaban una polvareda molesta incluso en la propia piscina del hotel.

Mukava uima-allas, rauhallinen ranta. Rannalla vuokrataan mönkkäreitä ja halutessaan pääsee myös ratsastamaan. Mukavat aallot meressä ja kaloja, jotka hyppelivät ilmaan. Itse huone oli aika perus. Keittiössä ei ollut juuri välineitä. Puhdasta kuitenkin. Saimme aika kaukana ( muutama sata metri) sijaitsevan huoneisto, mikä hieman harmitti.

اقامتي كانت بين الممتعة والسيئة ولا أعيب بالفندق بشي فموقعة جدا ممتاز ونظيف لحد ما ولكن لم أختر التوقيت المناسب لهذه الاجازة حيث أنني من المنطقة نفسها وكانت أجازة رسمية للدولة وكان المكان يعم بالزحمة والأطفال والعوائل فكان ازعاج يحيط المكان من كل جانب . فأنصح الجميع لا ترتادو هذا الفندق وأي فندق أخر لهذه المنطقة خلال الأجازات الرسمية وأختاروا توقيت أخر أفضل لأصحاب الهدوء والرومنسية والخصوصية . وأشكر طاقم الفندق على التعاون البناء

وضع المنتجع جيد بشكل عام يعيبه بعده عن الشاطىء ولا توجد تغطية للواي فاي في الشاليهات فقط في منطقة الادارة مع سهولة توزيع تقويات لتغطية كامل المنطقة, لو رجعت لصلالة ممكن جدا السكن فيه مرة اخرىز
