Average.
New hotel but will be falling apart in a few years. Poor construction, wires outside your window, door can’t open since the floor is slanted. In saying all this, given the price, it’s fine.

Thank you very much sir, for precious time to review your stay in our hotel, we highly appreciate for that. We renovated entire property, started operation in Aug only, we found few doors are hanging, we ordered to change that door to suppliers. (thank you very much notifying us).
