"Good room and large bathroom for a good price, friendly staff and very convenient as well as it is right next to the train station and very close to the flippers jiyugaoka pancake restaurant. I had a very pleasant stay."
"The area is surrounded by great places to eat and shop within walking distance while away from the massive crowds characteristic of other parts of the city. The breakfast was simple but outstanding and delicious. "
"Such a beautiful and intimate experience! A lot of great restaurants as well right near the rooms. Most importantly, the staff was super accommodating with the stay!!"
"The property was very easy to find and the instructions were very clear. Room was very spacious and clean. Very close to the train station and the ginza. Would recommend to others"
"First time staying at an apartment in Japan. The station is a five minute walk. The apartment is clean and spotless. You have your own bathroom and shower. A washer inside the apartment and you can dry your clothes in the bathroom. You have everything you need there. Owner responds fast. Also a seven eleven around the corner. "
"Staff very very friendly and helpful, especially with holding our luggage early from another hotel via delivery service. Quiet hotel with lovely atmosphere. Plenty of eating options in the building as well as surround area."

"The hotel was very convenient to the Shinagawa Station which is why we originally booked this stay for our group. Its a huge hotel property with multiple wings, stores, restaurants and bars. Initially it was overwhelming, but after one run from the room out to get dinner and essentials at 711 (also on site), I was really happy we booked here. There are a lot of food options in the immediate area if you want to explore and a 24/7 fitness center that had good equipment. We only stayed one night and it was fresh off a flight from the US, but I would definitely stay here again….Only downside was the room AC didnt get below 73 and we are hot sleepers. Honestly, it wouldnt stop me from staying here again, there was way more upside! "
"Train station is a minute walk away and there’s two grocery store and a Don Quijote to get quick food, souvenirs, or whatever I mean it’s Don Quijote!"
"We chose this hotel because location is quiet and near train station. The lobby is expansive! There's a 7 eleven in the basement!! Bedroom size is adequate meaning, western standard, not cramp! Housekeeping daily, white, white, crisp sheets, fluffy towels and night gowns so comfy to wear! "
"Clean room. Easy booking. Regardless of language barriers it was so easy to book the room for the time we wanted to stay. The price wa also reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting tokyo"
