"The decor was just beautiful. Very modern. The staff were great, all very helpful and friendly. Great location. Our room was perfect. I could have stayed a lot longer. The onsen was wonderful. The only complaint would be that if you have expensive French champagne on the menu, keep it in the fridge! Especially on NYE. But other than that, this hotel is one of the best hotels I've stayed in."

"This was our 2nd time staying at this Fav Hotel. We came back because we liked how spacious and family friendly the rooms were. We booked a larger room this time and were pleasantly surprised at how much more space there was. We also loved the in-room amenities such as the microwave, washing machine, dryer and bath tub. We also loved that there was a water dispenser and water tumblers available in each room so we didn't have to buy bottled water. There was also a 7 Eleven conveniently located opposite the hotel. The main train station, shops and food were all a short 10 - 15 min walk away. We only wish that a dining table was provided instead of a coffee table as it was very difficult to consume our meals from the low coffee table."

I can only add to the same and say that it’s an excellent hotel with extra large rooms, comfortable bed and an unbeatable location right across the station. Breakfast is limited but freshly made and of high quality. Complimentary drinks, sake and tea are a nice touch. Highly recommended! "
