The decor was just beautiful. Very modern.
The staff were great, all very helpful and friendly.
Great location.
Our room was perfect. I could have stayed a lot longer.
The onsen was wonderful.
The only complaint would be that if you have expensive French champagne on the menu, keep it in the fridge! Especially on NYE. But other than that, this hotel is one of the best hotels I've stayed in.
Really enjoyed my hotel stay, when you walk in the lobby smells lovely and the staff are welcoming! I was very happy with my room and the onsen. Staff were also helpful when I was looking for tour recommendations for fishing. I learned currently not the season, but I’ll be back!
Our stay was fantastic, I would absolutely recommend this hotel. It is convenient to the train station and a quick walk to most of the restaurants and shops in Takayama.
They had to place me in the accessible room due to booking but it worked out quite well and was a clean and spacious room. Friendly staff and convenient location.
Room is small but cozy and extremely clean with great sound proofing even though we are above the train tracks we could barely hear trains arriving/leaving
Staff is very welcoming and can communicate efficiently using English
Breakfast is just too fantastic with great choices of local produce and Japan and western cuisine
Bar is nicely decorated and I bet in summer when the glass door could be opened it’d just be so serene
Had chance to use private hot spring room reasonably priced
It has a great location about 3 min walk to train and bus station and only 10-15 min walk to the old street
A very beautiful hotel, just a few minutes from the station. You can reserve the private onsen, which opens to the outside. Very relaxing. The only surprise was the mediocre wifi bandwidth (9 Mbs) even if you join their accor something-or-other. Highly recommended
The hotel was fine. Rooms are small and the location is fine but not very interesting. It is walkable to most places. The check in and breakfast procedure were overly complicated. The hotel was clean.
Thoroughly recommend this property. Everything one needs and very handy to the station. Breakfast had a very good selection. Room was spacious compared to others we’ve had in Japan. A lot of wood finishes throughout the hotel reflecting the local forestry industry was a nice touch.
Had a wonderful anniversary trip with my wife. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff were, as with most in hospitality in Japan out of this world and made us feel very welcome! The breakfast buffet was one of the best of our entire trip with lots of Japanese and Western options.
