"I booked a room with a balcony I didn't get. The bed mattress gave me severe back pain. The mattress is unbearable hard. No one speaks English. Smell of sewage throughout. Dirty pool area. "I enjoyed staying here. We are backpacking and not wanting to spend too much but we had our own rooms, a kitchen, laundry, and free breakfast everyday. The rooms were clean, shower warm, we had air conditioning which was a bonus! The staff communicated very well with us and made our stay comfortable, I would recommend to others. I did have earplugs which came in handy as we were near a mosque and the chanting was loud at around 4-5am. "

"We had an amazing time at Hotel SU - the whole team were so friendly and accommodating. They exceeded our expectations and ensured we had the best experience - the staff at Hotel SU always went out of their way to help us. For example, whenever we needed milk for our toddler - they always provided it at the perfect temperature at no additional cost to us. The breakfast buffet had so many options to choose from - you’re literally spoilt for choice! The hotel is in a great location - plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant is also amazing - they have so many options for dining and room service too. The pools were great and they have plenty of activities for children too. This is a family-friendly hotel and we would love to come back again in the future. Thank you to everyone at Hotel SU!"
