The breakfast is copious and they will make you anything that isn’t on the buffet; the room had a second bed, perfect for a kid; the backyard area had a play area; and it was located a short walk from the town center. No A/C so you have to leave window and door to balcony open which allows light and street noise. Apparently this issue is common in Zermatt but that doesn’t make it any better.
