"The most beautiful stay! We had the most perfect view of the mountains, we were walking distance to pretty much everything- dining, shopping, trails. Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious. "Hotel staff was great. Nuria was very informative on local activities and getting us to where we wanted to go. We were able to get to a viewing site for the Matterhorn thanks to her help. Room was large and comfortable. Bathroom and shower were nice and spacious. One of the few hotels that I actually didn't want to leave, because I was comfortable there. "

"Hotel Excelsior was a very nice hotel in a very great location in Zermatt. The room was clean and modern the shower was amazing and while a small room it was very comfortable and included a balcony. There was a great view from the balcony and everything was perfect including the breakfast which was a very nice spread a very good clean food."
