The hotel was nice. The location for quiet and fresh air was perfect. The staff was good. My major issue was the construction. Their site stated that the construction would begin at 9:30. While not ideal, this was acceptable to us. At 8:03am the diesel loaders were all started up, at 8:06 the back up alarms went offf on the dump truck. All things were beautiful up until that point when I was awaken that way. If they had been transparent and disclosed that the construction would start at 8:00 I would have simply booked elsewhere.

This hotel has a central location with beautiful view over lake Geneva! It’s also very convenient to take bus to the famous castle since the bus stop is right outside. The staffs are very nice and helpful!

Great property, nice apartment that was fully equipped with everything we needed. We had a car, would definitely recommend having one for this location. It’s about 12 mins to Annecy. Check in was a bit tricky as you have to contact manager by phone which wasn’t convenient when travelling with an eSIM. Otherwise no complaints
