One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The setting was like an oriental palace in a dream-like mirage but very real, with stunning rooms, glorious food and the most wonderful staff, not to mention the farm with the animals and the workshops. Not just a hotel but a destination, an oasis!

The Waldorf Astoria is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at... It is stunning and for travellers who want luxury, convenience and an unforgettable stay, this is the place. The hotel oozes quality. The staff are fantastic, the rooms (we were upgraded to a suite) are beautiful, spacious and clean. The facilities, including restaurant and pool are also excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would not stay anywhere else in Cairo - by far the best hotel for miles around....

The view over the Nile was gorgeous, but I was concerned about the Animals and their care. I know they are not all yours, but please ensure they are cared for the best possible.

A great choice of hotel. Beautifully presented and in a wonderful spot on the bank of the Nile. Very peaceful and easy to get into town. Professional and friendly staff who seem to genuinely like their jobs, which reflects in a better quality of service. good wifi. Excellent/diverse choice at breakfast buffet. Restaurant and bar pricey though. Yet this is surely the best place to stay in Luxor. We will return.

I booked the hotel but actually stayed in their other property Sama Sherif Basha Hotel due to unavailability issues. This could have gone terribly wrong and was offered to stay in Sama Sherif and at 4am in the morning I don’t want to end up in the streets so accepted. The trip was saved. Ahmed was very helpful in settling us in the rooms and it was spacious and clean. Breakfast was served in the room and could feed a whole village. The hospitality was very good in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with any enquiries we had. The Hotel arranged my transport from the airport to the Hotel and then from the Hotel to the airport. The room were very clean and the whole property area was very nice location and I would recommend it to everybody to visit. The breakfast was very limited. I was expecting a bit more variety.

We have just returned home after a fabulous stay at the Steigenberger Nile Palace and I cannot praise this hotel highly enough. It has recently undergone a renovation which has given the Steigenberger a real 5* rating. The rooms are great and the staff make any stay a fantastic experience. Too many names to mention them all but special thanks to Ahmed, Ashraf, Osama, Aly, Hasan and last but not least Amina, who has made sure that next years trip will be better than ever. For those I have missed...

This is a new hotel in Giza. It's about 15 minutes by car to the pyramids and the museum (about an hour from the airport). It's a stunning hotel, newly built, with great pool areas, well equipped gym and a huge selection for breakfast. It is in a business park setting so there's nowhere around to walk/get dinner/local vibes etc. If that's what you're looking for then stay elsewhere, but if you want to relax in a modern, clean hotel then this is your place.

Not like other Four Seasons, but they have specially view on the pyramids from the window of my room. The hotel staff were very kind and friendly. The room was very clean and pleasant, room service was really good and very helpful, I called them at 3.30am asking for a extra duvet, its provide straight away :) Location is great there is not in a quiet location off the main noise road, but the real problem about the noise was inside my room, the guys in the next room making so high conversation...

We (myself, my husband and our 9yo son) stayed for one night there, we got the room with the pyramid view. And what a treat was to wake up to that view! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast is really nice. The coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice were perfect! The bed was very comfortable and big enough for the 3 of us. They also sent a driver to pick us up at the airport. Note that the hotel is across from the Night light show and not the main entrance. You would still need a ride...
