"Front desk girl was super nice. Hot chocolate in the lobby was delicious. A tad put off by having to purchase breakfast in the morning though. My thought is that there are too many hotels nearby that include some breakfast items. We have stayed at several in the recent past and this holiday inn doesn’t warrant similar prices without offering something. Overall, the stay was acceptable. "

"Everyone was very accommodating and helpful when hotels.com forgot to forward on that I was going to need a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The hotel was fabulous and all the staff. Now hotels.com is another story. "

"Room was very clean, lots of space and up to date. Cake stocked with all the dishes, pans and appliances you could need. Staff was very friendly and easy access to the Waterpark. We traveled with a dog as well. Room was close to an exit and dog walking area. "
