The view of the river is beautiful and can be seen from the restaurant at breakfast and dinner, It’s a short walk to the tram. We liked the tranquil escape it gave us from the bustle of Istanbul. "Our family enjoyed this hotel very much. We booked for 6 nights. We we really liked was great location and wonderful staff like Feride who was so nice to our family. The hotel also has nice swimming pool, sauna, steam room and hammam. Walking distance to Taksim Square, transport link and main shopping street. Breakfast can be improved. Fruits and salads nice and fresh and you can order omelettes. We recommend "

"I had an amazing 3-night stay at Swissôtel The Bosphorus in Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The room was incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after long days exploring the city. The staff truly made the experience special. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, and it was great that almost all of them spoke English, which made everything seamless. A special thank you to Öznur in the Executive Lounge for her outstanding service—she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her manager, Emre, was also incredibly friendly and attentive. I also opted for the breakfast package, and it was absolutely worth it. The breakfast selection was fantastic and a great way to start each day. Overall, a top-tier experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul."

"Hotel is in very busy and noisy traffic environment, car beeping day and night 24/7 cannot sleep at all with open window , the room Ac is controlled centrally and is preset for 26/27c°, No in room temperature control at all just info panel, Breakfast is almost the same every day but is okay low end quality, never used the hotel parking, 2 members of staff were helpfull but they were limited of what they could do! as everything is in the manager's hand who we didn't see at all during our stay for 12th days ! We requested help and never seen the manager! Didn't bother to see the struggling guests who couldn't shower for days! We had to go shower in other hotels! Because the water is either hot boiling in one sec and freezing cold in the other sec!!UNTIL LAST DAY Takwa and Mustafa, thank you, I would never stay at this property again, stay away! PLEASE BE AWARE! AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! CONSIDER OUR WORDS BECAUSE WE SUFFERED THERE!"
