Regrettably, we only stayed one night when travelling to Sapa for a two day tour. The hotel is a perfect retreat for tired travellers. We should have stayed at least 4 days, if not a week or more to truly explore this most interesting region of Vietnam. My recommendation is to stay longer and make sure you book a valley view room, sit on the balcony and breathe…. So peaceful, just wonderful.

Such a lovely property. Modern hotel with the best views! Surprised people don’t select this place. The grounds are gorgeous! There are art sculptures on the property too. People are helpful and friendly. 3 nights is worth it there. Stay on the higher floors 4 and above for best view of the countryside.

Great 5 star hotel Great rooms with wonderful views from room balcony Location just ten minutes walk from town square away from night clubs and kareokee bar so nice and quiet Only US$2-3 golf buggy taxi ride. My partner and I came to say at Paos Sapa as part of a 3 weeks stay in Vietnam (4 nights in Sapa). Paos Leisure Hotel is beautiful with very attentive and friendly staff. The rooms were amazing, spacious modern design and super clean. Staff were always very helpful - letting us get the shuttle bus outside of normal regular trip times, always helping us out with any questions we had. In particular one staff member (forget his name but perhaps the manager of service - often working in the lobby bar and coming up for room service) was super lovely and made us feel really welcome. Couldn't recommend enough!!

Overall very good, some of the services they offered were a little expensive compared to what could be found in town, and their shuttle wasn't always the most reliable. But in general, a great place to stay with great views and decent location

We stayed here Dec 15 and 16, 2019. The hotel is on a good location in Sapa. If you love waking up to a beautiful view then book your stay here. Cannot rate it 5 start because I have been to 5 star hotel and way more better. Some rooms have grave yard view and ground view so may sure you request for rooms between 515 to 530 level 5 and same for level 6 and 7.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location. The views are fantastic. The food too is really good. Yet the staff and overall customer service is subpar. They really need good training and language skills. For instance the Mountain View station a little boutique hotel and cafe near offers top quality service and food, which the management can learn a thing or two from.

Best Mountain Views from your Hotel Balcony
Stayed here and Hôtel de la Coupole. This hotel offers much more dramatic mountain views from your hotel room, although this hotel's location is a little bit of a drive or uphill walk to town. The service was warm and friendly at the front desk, but so so everywhere else. We carried our own bags from our motorbike all the way to the counter, no one offered to help. Breakfast buffet was okay, no fresh juices, only sugar juice, cold stares from staff. There wasn't any made to order ala carte menu that I was aware of. The indoor pool was year round and okay, but the gym was offensively small. Just a couple treadmills, no free weights or any strength training available. Overall the hotel shined with its mountain views and cozy rooms. It could approve its gym, breakfast offerings and smiles from staff.

We stayed 4 nights in Executive Suite early Sept. Everything about our stay was beyond expectation. The location just on the fringe of town, within 10 min easy walk, gave us space and a beautiful view down the valley, Fansipan temple and back to the hotels scaterred on Sapa town mountainside. A lovely, relaxing stay
Amazing hotel- a short stroll into the town centre and excellent range at breakfast. The staff were incredible and went above and beyond. We loved splitting our time between exploring the Sapa area and relaxing at the hotel playing billiards or swimming.

Magnificent Experience in the Clouds
What a wonderful surprise this hotel is. Located just outside Sapa on a hilltop this hotel commands incredible views of the remarkable valley terracing. When the clouds roll in you feel like you are the only people around. This unique contemporary styled hotel is a real gem with a wonderful use of wood throughout and large well appointed rooms with large balcony/terraces. The staff are extremely helpful, professional and efficient and make your stay a memorable experience with no request too difficult. We certainly have no problems encouraging you to stay here you will not be disappointed.

Modern hotel with amazing views
Hotel with absolutely stunning views over the valley. Rooms are very well designed and very modern, with a nice bench seat by the window and large terrace to enjoy the views. We loved the location, situated a short 10 minute walk from town in a very peaceful setting with amazing views. Staff were very helpful and organised a trek for us which was very enjoyable. Pool is very nice and good to have it indoors given the weather can get quite cool. Free pool table and foosball table in the rooftop bar area. Amazing breakfast spread, with plenty of options. Ate dinner in restaurant one night which was alright but better value for money options can be found in the main town which is only a 10 minute walk away. Note, due to the design of the shower, the bathroom does get a bit wet if you use the rain shower. Not a big deal for us and certainly didn’t detract from our overall excellent experience at the hotel. Would definitely stay here again and high recommend booking.

Got married and arrived to the hotel 2 nights before. The room was spactacular! We've got apgraded with a higher floor. And the view to the see and up north was really outstanding. My problem was the room service attitude and performance. A lack of understanding of what service should be like. Waited for too long (arround 2 hours one time) for a platter of fruit. And 1 hour for a buttle of sode. The rest of the service and spa and facilities was great.

Stunning view from the roof top bar and ground floor restaurant. Breakfast (included in the room rate) buffer is perfect. Nice good, lots of choice. Could be better if more local food is offered. Very friendly and nice staffs, especially the manager Mr. Cao. We were leaving Sapa to Hanoi at 4pm, and they offered late check out so we don’t need to hang around the street. Perfect location – 5 mins to Cat Cat Village by taxi. Restaurants in 10 mins easy walk along Muong Hoa Street. Perfect wifi connection and speed. We use the wifi and forgot our 4G SIM card.

Nice place still having teething problems great veiws bit of a walk to town , would expect that given time it will become the class stay in the area.

Recommended hotel 👍
We had an amazing view from our room balcony, that is, if the fog clears up. The hotel is very new and clean, and is about one km away from the main Sapa tourist area, which means away from the vehicle noise and pollution . Really enjoyed our stay here.
