I stayed in the older part and it seemed more run down than the pictures stated. The lobby area was under renovation so all matters were handled in the public gym area.

Clean modern room! Very surprised at how good the room was. It was used as a stop over for one night before catching a flight and was everything we needed! Taxi booked on time and everything went smooth. Best nights sleep on hotel bed!

What a shame this resort is so run down !!
Firstly Naiyang Beach and the National Park there is really nice. But the Touch Green Naiyang Hotel is a real disappointment. The photos on the website do not show how poorly maintained the resort is. We stayed in a ground floor Studio room in the main block which was basic and clean. However, we booked expecting to be staying in a lovely green tropical garden resort with lovely villas in the grounds. Out of maybe 10-12 villas only one is able to accommodate guests. All the others are locked up and rotting away. The pathways between all the villas are also really overgrown and have not been maintained for a long time. The breakfast choice is also really limited and basic as well. The pool looked clean but we did not use it because it was located in an area with no shade provided. We stayed for 2 nights and paid over 4,000 baht total. This is really not good value for money.

We have stayed at the Touch Green a couple of time before and it meets our needs,a clean basic hotel that's very good value with pleasant staff and all round easy going attitude,it's a ten minute walk to the beach and local shop bars restaurants and now has a new restaurant and bar 2 mins up the road

Very close to airport and fine for one night. Upon waking in the morning we could see it was very run down and part of it not used. Our villa ok but lots not used or maintained very broken down. Minimal staff but they were lovely. Not sure the area is popular but food at beach fantastic and safe walk only 5 mins from hotel.

Great Airport hotel 👍
Great local hotel for the Airport. Just 2km away. Set in tropical gardens this property is great For a nice quiet stay, swimming pool great which over looks the lake, I stayed in one of the villas in the gardens, great big comfy bed, kitchen with all the bits you need if you want to cook! You can also hire bikes and scooters at the reception at good prices. Staff are very friendly and couldn’t do enough to Make your stay a good one. Room cleaned everyday. It’s within walking distance to local mini mart, and the beach with restaurants and night life can be just 5 min walk.

Not what we were expecting
We had paid for an upgraded jacuzzi villa so were disappointed when we arrived. i would suggest accommodation is more of a 2 star standard, even in upgraded rooms. Thank goodness it was only an overnight visit before travelling home, or i would have relocated to an alternative hotel. The villa did not have a door lock! a pad lock was used to lock the doors together. Building works are also taking place adjacent to the hotel, therefore not a peaceful stay. I would also suggest taking LOTS of bug spray! Due to the location and a stagnant pond there are lots of insects and mosquito's both in and around the rooms. On the plus side, the staff were extremely helpful and polite. The location is not far from the national park. Overall, glad we were only there overnight.

Great base for relaxing break
This hotel is better than the first impression on arrival. We stayed a week and felt more comfortable the longer we were there and would definitely return. Rooms are comfortable and spacious although the bed is a little on the are side. Breakfast is good. Over all very good value for money.

Touch Green in good location.
Touch Green was clean and comfortable. Their large pool is a minute walk to the back beside a small pond where a local swan and colourful duck kept us entertained. The breakfasts at Touch Green was very good. Cooks had homemade jams and yogurts.

Great stay!
The staff walked us to our room and was very helpful with arranging a taxi for us to the airport. When we checked out, the taxi was there waiting for us at the time we arranged. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the Naiyang beach with restaurants, currency exchange, etc.

Quite a surprise
Great location, only 7-9 minutes walking to the beach through a walkaway passage, which was well iluminated at night. Rooms were spacious and very confortable. Staff was very attentive and helpful. very close to the airport (less than 10 minutes) which is very nice in order to use the most of your day there, specially in such a nice beach

Clean and simple ...near airport and beach
Rooms were spotlessly clean and very near some local places to eat. Ten minutes walk to the beach and so convenient for the airport. Had an issue one day where balcony was left open with access to room and no safe so not happy about that. Also pool is in unusual place and over a bridge over some still stagnant looking water. Staff can arrange taxis and were very helpful.

Quiet place with morning birds
This hotel is located not on the beach, but very close. There are many cafes with Thai food, supermarkets and even two markets, where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, clothes and more.

Great stay, by far the best I had in a while (Hotels.com gold member - 30 nights per year minimum). Extremely priceworthy. A new fresh good gym that is also big and spacy on the resort for free. The swimming pool is perfect for morning swims and listening to all the different birds/animals they have on the resort, even a Swan in their own pond next to the pool. 5/5 since the staff is very service minded and friendly. Perfect for a healthy stay since the beach and national park are 5-600 meters away as well for walks etc.

Trevligt hotell som skulle kunna bli riktigt bra om dom förbättrar städningen och omvårdnaden av grönytor och rum. Personalen kunde inte prata engelska så bra men de var trevliga. Bra rum, sängar, dusch och skönt med balkong. Extra bra med fritt inträde till granngymmet! Nära stranden och alla restauranger, ca 5 minuters promenad.

Kleines, gemütliches Hotel! Wenn man keinen mega Luxus erwartet, ist das Hotel super! Zimmer sind geräumig, Bett war gemütlich und Ausstattung war okay! Könnte aber mal ne Renovierung vertragen (wobei sie in manchen Zimmern damit schon begonnen haben wenn ich das durch die Fenster richtig gesehen habe). Ruhig gelegen, keine 5min bis zum Strand! Personal ist nett, aber nicht alle verstehen englisch! Also muss man manchmal mit Händen und Füßen kommunizieren! (Beim Nacht-Portier zB!) Ansonsten fand ich es sehe schön!

Hotellihuone siisti ja puhdas. Hyvä ilmastointi. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Uima-allasalue kolkko ja vain muutama aurinkotuoli...lyhyt matka merenrantaan korvasi tämän heikkouden. Kävellen pääsi noin kymmenessä minuutissa rannalle. Ok vaihtoehto kahden yön majoitukseen ennen paluulentoa. Suuri plussa 200bt taksi 15 minuutissa lentokentälle.

緑に囲まれた静かなホテル
仕事で１１泊しました。海辺までは歩いて４分ほどです。綺麗とは言えないが歩行者専用の細い道が道路の突き当りにあって、そこから海まで１５０メートル程度です。空港からは歩いて３５分程度で、私にとっては徒歩圏内ですね。ホテル正面の道路を右へ行って２５０メートルほど行くと幹線道路沿いにファミリーマートがあります。道路を挟んでホテルの反対側には掘っ建て小屋形式のレストランがあって、毎日１４時ころまで営業しています。その後は営業していないので夕食は海辺まで出て屋台で何かを買うかレストランへ行くしかないです。或いはホテル正面の道路を右へ行くと、何件かレストランや食べ物を売っている店があります。 目の前の道路は思ったより交通量が多く、昼間はバイクが爆音を立てながら走っている上、隣で建設工事をしているため、私が期待していたほど静寂な環境ではありませんでした。しかし、全体的には落ち着いた雰囲気だと思います。ホテルの敷地内には沼があって、樹木が生い茂っているので、自然に囲まれた場所だと言えます。夜９時を過ぎると静まり返って静かになり、虫と動物の鳴き声しか聞こえなくなります。 部屋にはバスローブがありません。蛇口は水しか出ません。シャワーのみで湯船はありません値段が高いシャレの方にはお湯が出る蛇口が備え付けられてるかもしれませんが、私が泊ったスーペリアには水だけの蛇口でした。いまどき珍しいですが、その代わりシャワーは熱くて水圧も十分なので、個人的にはそれほど大きな問題ではなかったです。それ以外のもの（バスタオル、シャンプー、石鹸、など）は揃っているので不便はありません。冷蔵庫は大型のもので、通常ホテルで使われているものより二倍以上大きなやつで、冷凍庫も付属しています。部屋に金庫はありませんが、貴重品は受付に預けることができます。 テレビは映りが悪いチャンネルときれいに映るものが混在していいます。ネットの接続環境は申し分なく、速度が落ちたり切断したりと言うことは一度もありませんでした。 従業員は皆親切です。 建物の作りが全体的に若干安っぽい印象を与え、洗練されているようなところがない。食堂の椅子もプラスチック製なので、そういったところが、ホテルに安っぽい感じを与えている。それでも、いわゆる「リゾート」っぽい雰囲気は味わえると思います。とにかく緑が多く、ワニが出てきそうな沼が敷地内にあるので、自然に満ちた場所です。なので、個人的には満足できる滞在でした。値段も朝食込みでニッポンのユースホステルより安いくらいでしたから、上出来でしょう。 閑散期だったせいか、他の客がほとんどいなく、私だけしかいない日が３,４日続いたこともありました。なので、朝食はビュッフェ形式ではなく、私のためだけに作って提供してもらいました。毎日献立を変えてくれたので、飽きることはありませんでした。
