Stayed in this hotel a few times now. As per normal it is excellent. Near enough town if you want a little walk, beach short taxi away. Food in restaurant is amongst the best I have had in a hotel. You must have the Goan food.

I booked this hotel on Expedia and surprisingly found the hotel to exceed on our expectations. Hotel is constructed on more than 100 year old Portuguese building. Food was excellent. Hotel staff was very good and courteous. Ambience of the hotel is very good. Rooms are pool facing. Rooms and washroom are very big in size.

We really enjoyed ourselves. I will be bringing my family there as they would love it. But for our party of 5 girls it was easy to get there. Excellent place to stay in the heart of the city. All amenities in walking distance, restaurants etc. Very friendly and helpful staff and lovely place to come back to after busy daytime activities. Views from the bar/swimming pool and reception area were amazing, overlooking the river.

Suggestion : book a room on the first floor sea facing. It has doors opening to the lawn and beach pathway. If out of budget, the garden view rooms on the first floor are the same and only a minute's walk to the beach path ( of course no beach view).
Goa Marriott will be by first choice and I recommend it to all.

the best and the most helpful staff and management that you can get at this price, i will come back again to this hotel as it bought back some great memories, my wife had the best holiday ever and i would like to personally thank Bhuvanesh and Gitanjali who went over the way to accommodate us, I hope they achieve all the milestones in their life. So yes a boutique hotel - with capacity for only 20 guests but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every other sense. Immaculate spacious suite, with excellent facilities. We wanted a gym and a pool - both big ticks!
The food and drink on point too.
Other things to note: near Old Goa (so about 15 mins taxi from Panjim), felt the hotel was not full but meant it often felt as though we had the entire space to ourselves. At night, definitely quieter than panjim and north Goa - previously stayed...
