"Cute"

"Room was very clean and nicely equipped. Upon checking in I was "upgraded" at no cost to a room in the main building. This was after I asked about safety of items locked and covered in my vehicle. One biggest complaint is that the doors to the outside were not locked at night. I have heard a lot about past troubles at the location UNDER DIFFERENT OWNERSHIP and think that increased security would help. According to local people I spoke with there are a group of people living at the hotel who are in care of Social Services. While I support offering this initiative, I also think that security should be important to all."

"Unfortunately due to the freezing cold temperatures we were unable to access the outdoor heated pool and hot tub which was a big sell on staying at this location. The rest of our experience was pretty good would like to come back in the fall time to get the full experience. "

"Breakfast was good, fresh, staff did an excellent job keeping food line filled. (roughly 40 individuals went through line in 15 minutes)"

"We stayed 4 nights. We did not recieve any room service, at all. They use a text for service system, and though i texted for service and towels, daily, we got no service and needed to ask for clean towels, nightly. We had to ask for an industrial trash bag to put all if the trash from the week into it, since we did not recieve service. There was also a very large mound of towels in the bathroom, as we are a family if 4 whom showered each day, but due to having no service, dirty towels never got taken. The texting system does not seem to be the best option, but the room itself was clean and the staff was friendly. "

"I normally dont give a bad review. Its sad to say we were not happy. Check in we were told ice maker and self served breakfast was not available even when hotel website stays it is. She said it was only available in season. I told her she should state on their advertisement of amenities. The lobby and enclosed walkway smelled like wet rugs and so did the room. We had to use a glad plug in, in our room to overcome the smell. The bathroom tub ledge was so high, even my husband had a hard time getting in and out of it and he's tall. He had to help me in and out were I am short. Water pressure was good. The toliet paper was so far away from the toilet you need to get the paper before using it. King bed was so high with this metal bar protruding from the sides, making this challenging getting in and out of bed. TV and AC remote would only work if get extremely close. This was aggravating when you had to out of bed to change stations and turn it off. Same with the AC. The pool was locked. An old man told us you have to use pool towels and told my husband he had to go back to the room and return the room towels before we could go in the pool. Everything was locked in the pool room, even the bathroom when using it. We will never go back to this hotel. "

"Room was nice. Had random orange Beatles in the bathroom. The lady at the front desk was nice enough, but complained about everything the entire time. The computers, the system, Expedia…just negative. Burnt cookies."
