"Very disappointed with our stay. I stayed at the Equinox multiple times in the 1990s and always loved it. It was a fabulous property with a great staff and great services. I was excited to return after many years and wanted to share the Equinox with my wife and daughter. I booked on Expedia, choosing very specifically a large room with two queen beds. We were three; my wife and I and our adult daughter. Upon check-in we were assigned a suite with one king bed. I explained our need for two beds...
