As I am recovering from knee surgery, she kindly offered us a downstairs room with easier access, which made a huge difference to my comfort. "What stood out for us was the support we had. My daughter's baby was born very premature in the local hospital. I spoke to the hotel and they were willing to give us a good price on a room as we didn't know how long we would need it for. They gave us a family room with an extra bed. They put a fridge in the room for expressed milk to be kept until it could be taken to the hospital. The hotel location was perfect as it's walking distance. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive. Mina, Brooke, Emma, Andrea are just some of the names. Thank you for taking some of the stress away from a very worrying and stressful time. We are truly grateful."

"Was good to upgrade the room for a beach side-on very. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was included and was very filling. We ate in the restuarant the first night and had great food. Would recommend the steak! Staff were very friendly. Also used the outdoor and indoor pools. They were nicely appointed and the outdoor pool was larger enough to feel that you were getting some excercise done, not just messing about in the water. Being on the sea front with the beach nearby and also the town and theatres with in easy walk meant the hotel was in a good location."
