Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Located only a short walk from the ferrys to the islands.breakfast was out of thos world.Fantastic choices everyday with spectacular service.This is the Hotel to choose if you are going to visit Lake Maggiore. "Hotel Della torre was a pretty good spot. Semi ish far from downtown but I think all the hotels are. Good showers with good pressure. There was always hot water available. Wasn’t allowed to change to room temperature and it was kind of humid in the rooms. Balcony was a nice reprieve and allowed for some air flow. Took off a star cause we chose this hotel due to the hotel.com advertisement of airport shuttles and the hotel did not have airport shuttles."

"The location of this hotel is amazing. It is right on the coast. They upgraded us to a suite because there was an issue with the room. Breakfast and lunch was delicious. Unfortunately we were only staying there one night. Will be back there to stay."

"Hotel website is misleading since they indicate rooms have air conditioning however it’s only seasonal. Rooms very hot and can’t open the balcony door because it’s full of spiders at night and extremely noisy. Couldn’t sleep much at night."
