Thoughtfully-appointed and comfortable room. Mr & Mr Diedrich clearly want to make you feel welcome. The breakfast table offered everything you could think of (except maybe orange marmalade, but nobody offers that). Plus a couple of tasty 'amuse bouche' items as a little extra flourish. Highly recommended.

Super tidy and clean. Great little useful kitchen

I travel a lot on business and this is the best hotel I have stayed at in some time! The room was extremely tastefully decorated, different than the major chains which all look the same after a while... perfectly clean, free wi-fi worked properly, the owner communicated via email very quickly and was extremely helpful for all of my requests. The only slight down side for this hotel was it took me about 15 minutes to find parking. The hotel only has 3 parking spots (for 10 euro per night) but I...

Lovely quiet location with parking. Rooms clean and comfortable.

It's rare these days to find a hotel that's even better than it says on the tin. The pictures are NOT colour photo shopped...the rooms have NOT been shot in panoramic and it is a real castle with led lit driveway at night and lovely grounds to walk or play with kids (there is also a small petting zoo). A fab romantic getaway for couples or families with kids ...with amazing bedrooms, ensuite bathroom and separate sitting room-we were given a choice of two rooms. Ten mins taxi from Weeze...

A genuine shock - I managed to find this room available during a very busy time in Cologne (Gamescom). It was very well located and well-priced. Staff were attentive and helpful, room was quiet and clean, with aircon and amenities. A very comfortable stay.

I would highly recommend this family run hotel. Very personal service where everything that is needed is provided

Great hostel, very clean. We had dinner and breakfast and both were good quality. This is a great place for kids, with a games room and outdoor play area. Pur room was spacious with comfortable bunks. Everything was spotlessly clean.

Great stay from check in to checkout everything was perfect I ate in the Hotel and the choice was extensive and my food was excellent and good value

We had a fabulous time at this stunning property. The staff were extremely friendly, there was a large breakfast buffet, a welcome pack with goodies for every visitor. The was a piano and a funny parrot. Views across the river. We highly recommend staying here

I love this gem of a guest house, parking good, beds always comfortable, breakfast is buffet style but after the first day my coffee was waiting on my table. Really nice location to listen to the birds.

Good stay for working people.

The room was spotless and ready early, which was much appreciated given our wary arrival in the city by train in the morning.

A lovely, traditional German hotel. Friendly staff. In a beautiful location. I was very pleased and would stay here again.
