On Arrival the children were greeted by the reception team who took them to pick a gift from the Christmas tree, this may seem like a little extra detail but meant the world to the kids! "Loved everything about this hotel! Great price, fantastic location and lovely staff! Only thing would be to allow adding breakfast to the booking as currently you can only buy when there. We did not buy it as it was super overpriced (~$60 AUD per person per day). If they changed this option and made it more affordable this hotel would be a 10/10! "

"We had a lovely stay here. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was brilliant being not too far from the main train station, and having bus stops a few minutes away. It's a lovely hotel that I would absolutely stay at again."
