On Arrival the children were greeted by the reception team who took them to pick a gift from the Christmas tree, this may seem like a little extra detail but meant the world to the kids! "We had a lovely stay here. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was brilliant being not too far from the main train station, and having bus stops a few minutes away. It's a lovely hotel that I would absolutely stay at again."

"Prior to staying at the hotel I did message them to ask about any dedicated taxi service from the airport, they were quick with the response and gave a lot of detail about getting to the hotel, I did opt for the public transport (Which was recommended by the hotel) and I must say was very simple and easy to follow. I flew in from London Heathrow on a ridiculously early flight and was at the hotel by about 11 am, I did partially fill in the online check in and noted my estimated arrival time, the hotel happily obliged and (Subject to availability) were great in getting my room ready early. The room was a decent size and wasn’t facing the water (If you visit I would recommend getting these especially as I arrived on the St. Lucia festival, as this would give you great views from the comfort of your room), the room itself had all the necessities you would expect, tea/coffee refills every day, also added bonus of tea/coffee cards to redeem in in the cafe/bar downstairs, shower was decent size and pressure was good. The bed was comfortable and pillows were nice and soft, very relaxing after walking most of CPH over the 4 days. Breakfast was included in my booking, which if you can get I would definitely recommend, I set off early and started breakfast by 7:00 at the latest. Lots of variety, cold counter with skyr and oats or Rislamande, ham, cheese etc. hot counter with bacon, sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms and an omelette made to order, breads and pastries and coffee/tea/juice."
