One thing which could be improved is the dinner menu and options . Food wasn’t good atall. However the breakfast was great . Overall it was a great stay"

"Great place to stay. We had suite 8 with nice views over the bay. Large bedroom area and separate living area with dining table and basic kitchen. Great location at the top of the hill giving pleasant walk down to either Carbis Bay or the other beaches and town of St Ives. Been built to a high standard. If you are less mobile, the hilltop location and 10 minute walk to St Ives may not be ideal but the place is a lovely."

Old and not clean carpet.not to find a single toast bread after breakfast until next day Can not sleep well as windows are so old and wind was 42 klm Information on expedia site from this location is not match from what you see the reality."

"Well located close to bus stop for short trip into city centre. Our room was very clean and comfortable and had all we needed. There was plenty of room to bring in our suitcases rather than just an overnight bag. Staff were friendly and helpful with local knowledge. Having a restaurant right there was so convenient at end of a long day. Parking was convenient and everything on one level. Breakfast was a good selection of the usual fare. Would recommend this property."
