Die alten hozfenster sind einmal verglast und nicht dicht. Ende Februar war das jetzt nicht schlimm, allerdings würde ich in den Wintermonaten die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Die Erreichbarkeit von Sehenswürdigkeiten ist sehr gut, ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus. Ein Taxistand ist auch um die Ecke. In der wohnung sind zwei TV , Bügeleisen, Fön, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, handtücher vorhanden. Zwei klimaanlagen, funktioniert aber nur eine. Elektrische Heizung im bad ist gut. Warmwasser vorhanden. Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss mit wenigen stufen. Check in mit Handy . Auch Zutritt in die Wohnung. Schlüssel sind auch in der Wohnung vorhanden.

No repetiremos. No nos gustó ni estuvimos a gusto. El piso debía ser "de lujo" y dista mucho de lo que promete. La ubicación es buena. La vajilla muy escasa y no tiene calefacción solo aire acondicionado.

Good location but apartment keeps you in the dark!

Well, at first the apartment looks nice. It's in a convenient area of Rome and close to everything. But every time I would try and turn on the stove, or the kettle, or a light,...the electricity and power would go out. No power at all. The last time it happened was on the morning I was trying to gather up my things and check out--no power and no way of correcting it. The fuse was in the right position so I didn't know how to fix this. I texted the property manager but no response. I would not recommend this place in Rome.

Appartamento in pieno centro, in punto strategico per visitare i migliori siti di Roma anche a piedi senza bisogno di prendere mezzi pubblici o auto. Comodo anche al quartiere Monti dove si trovano molti localini dove cenare alla sera. Arredamento moderno e carino. Unica pecca, certe cose sarebbero da sistemare, tipo il rubinetto del secchiaio in cucina lasco, la doccia del bagno, il divano in soggiorno. Avendo anche solo un paio di finestre, si avverte un po’ di umidità a contatto con la pelle quando ci si stende a letto. Per il resto tutto ok. Lo consiglio a chi vuole passare un po’ di giorni a Roma ed essere comodo a tutto.

Appartement très bien situé pour visiter Rome a pied, rue calme, accueil sympathique Une revision des équipements s'impose: pommeau de douche HS, tiroirs de cuisine tombent a chaque ouverture, assise de canapé part en lambeaux, table qui menace de s'effondrer, robinet de cuisine prêt a vous rester dans les mains.

Excellent location and good value for money

The apartment is very nice, clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The looks are modern, but in need of updating. Sofa desperately needs recovering, door locks need a jiggle opening. The WiFi did not work, and we were told it will be looked into. There is kitchen with pots, pans and crockery and detergent, but no dishcloth. Shower was hot but not great pressure and in need of a soap dish. Check-in can be a bit of a hassle. We confirmed our arrival to the apartment by mail 2 days prior, but no one was waiting for us. We phoned the contact person whom was very nice, and helpful, but had to wait for his arrival outside the building, for 20 min. The location is perfect; central and in walking distance.
