Great location

Fantastic location just off Piazza Navona. The apartment was good and very close to grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy and laundry. Lighting in the kitchen was dim. Staff helpful and were there to meet us.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
Beyond poor conditions of the apartment and very few windows or natural light. There were no hand towels or kitchen towels to use. The hosts told us on arrival that the air conditioning was not working but we’re working to fix it and once we were there stopped communicating with us despite several attempts by us to ask for a status update on when the air conditioning would be fixed. It was unbearable so we had to move locations. Expedia was off the charts helpful to us in helping with finding a new place. Would not recommend this place at all to anyone.
